Medication Refill Management System

Every refill request captured, decision-ready for the provider, and tracked cradle to grave through fulfillment, built and run without a development team.

The Problem

Refill requests were scattered and easy to drop.

Refill requests arrive through different channels at different times. When they live in an inbox, someone has to notice each one, chase down the patient's history, get it in front of the provider, and then follow it through the pharmacy. Every handoff is a place for a request to stall, and a stalled refill is a patient going without medication.

For Clients

What this means for your organization

Most organizations have a version of this problem: requests arriving through several channels, a decision-maker who needs the right information in one place, and a handoff chain where work quietly stalls. I design the intake, the decision view and the tracking so that every request has an owner and a status, whether it is a refill, a purchase approval or a customer request.
